This means that even DiBooq's most affordable plan combines technical connectivity to major booking platforms with personal support during setup. According to the company, there are no setup fees. Hosts can also try DiBooq free for 14 days without providing a credit card.

With an annual subscription, the Basic plan for one property costs €12 excluding VAT per month. The annual plan offers a shorter commitment, while the two-year subscription combines the lowest monthly price with a permanent price lock. Professional Plan for Direct Bookings

For hosts who also want to generate direct bookings and gain deeper insights into their rental performance, DiBooq offers its Professional subscription. For one property, Professional costs €20 excluding VAT per month with an annual subscription. Each additional property costs just €6 per month.

This results in the following monthly pricing for DiBooq Professional:
- One property: €20 per month
- Three properties: €32 per month
- Five properties: €44 per month

In addition to all features included in the Basic plan, Professional comes with a dedicated booking website and a Booking Engine that can be integrated into an existing website. This enables hosts to accept direct bookings and reduce their reliance on major booking platforms.

The Professional plan also includes booking, revenue and occupancy statistics, a guest app, iCal export, video and telephone support, as well as personal assistance via WhatsApp.

Airbnb and Booking.com Optimization Included

A distinctive feature of the Professional plan is the personal optimization of connected booking channels. The DiBooq team reviews, among other factors, the settings and presentation of listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, with the aim of improving their visibility and booking potential.

Depending on the property's starting position, location and overall quality of the listing, DiBooq says this optimization can increase demand by up to 20%. This is not a guaranteed result, however, as actual performance depends on the individual property and prevailing market conditions.

Two-Year Subscription with Lifetime Price Lock

In addition to the lower monthly rate, the lifetime price lock is one of the main advantages of DiBooq's two-year subscription. According to DiBooq, customers receive a Lifetime Price Lock, meaning that the price agreed when the subscription begins remains in place even after the initial two-year period has ended.

The price lock is also intended to cover features that are added to the selected plan in the future. Customers can therefore benefit from ongoing product development without automatically paying more for new features included within their existing subscription tier.

As subscription prices across the software industry are regularly adjusted, the model gives hosts greater long-term cost predictability. According to DiBooq, lifetime price guarantees remain unusual within the vacation rental software market.
